Overhead Squat

On the 1:45 x 5 sets

3 Rep Overhead Squat


Snatch Pull

On the 1:45 x5 sets

3 Rep  Snatch Pull 

 

Squat Snatch

 EMOMx6

1 Squat Snatch from blocks or from pause below knee
