Conditioning

10 Handstand Push Up

100 Double Unders

10 Handstand Push Up

50 Wallballs

10 Handstand Push Up

25 Deadlifts


Midline

Alternating On the Minute x 14 (7 Rounds)

Odd Minutes: 8 Knee to Elbows

Even Minutes: 16 Sit-ups
